need info

I love to swim in warm water with my dog.....i am buying a 5th wheel and will be traveling soon and would like to know good places in california where my dog and I can swim in warm clean rivers or lakes and sunbathe......any ideas?????? I will also be going to nevada and colorado.....just want to enjoy my retirement with my baby boy.....
