Dogs in cabin

Is anyone aware of an airline that permits dogs In a carrier to purchase a seat? My dog is 36 lbs and will not fit under a seat. I am willing to pay for a seat if she can stay in her carrier in the cabin with me. I am looking to fly domestic only
