Looking for recommendations in Virginia Beach area to stay

We are planning to visit friends in VA Beach Dec. 30-Jan. 3 with our beloved golden retriever. I have made submissions to Sandbridge Realty
for a few different rentals but also read a very negative review about this property management group. We would like to spend no more than $150 per night for 4 nights. Any recommendations and feedback would be welcome. Thank you!
