Moving to Sabah

Hi all
My partner & I are thinking of taking a contract in Sabah but we want to bring our 2 kelpies. Is Sabah a good dog place? Will we be able to find places to socialise our doggies & will we be able to find somewhere to live with them?

Any info will be greatly appreciated
