What's the Best Southeast Dog Friendly Beach... Help

Please help me out with your opinion of the best dog friendly beach in the southeast .. My mastiff was just diagnosed with lymphoma and he loves the beach. So we are wanting to take him on a trip so we can enjoy our time together.. Please help us. We want to go soon.. Thanks in advance!!
