Will it be possible to fly my small cat (one year old, all shots current) from Phoenix, AZ to Frankfurt, Germany? Will I be able to keep him in the cabin and how do I make this as comfortable for him as possible, given how loud airports, let alone airplanes can be?

I'm not sure which airlines I'll be using, it's looking like Air Canada Rogue....which actually prompts another question, is there anything saying flights have to be nonstop? Because mine has two layovers before my destination.
