Off Topic Chatter Dog Travel Forum

Wondering how I find out HOW and IF a dog friendly restaurant can be opened in a particular town in NJ? I think I have a GREAT idea, and would actually like to move into the town, or close to the town because I think the dog friendly restaurant would be a HUGE hit.
How do I find out how to have dogs INSIDE the eating establishment instead of just outside, which of course would be seasonal limitation for the business.
Where do I start????
