International Pet Travel Dog Travel Forum

Hi everyone,

I have a one way ticket booked from NYC to Barcelona with a VERY tight layover (just over an hour) in SVO, Moscow. I am bringing my 4 lb Yorkie. I've already talked to Aeroflot and have been assured that the dog is reserved for all stops but there is a definite break down in communication when I asked if an hour is enough time to deplane and board again.

I'm concerned that SVO will need to check my dog's papers before boarding for Spain and that we'll miss our connection. Has anyone else had any experience flying with pets though SVO?
