Inn at Canal Square

We were put in the one "dog friendly" room at the Inn (a beautiful hotel). Our 8month old dog made three scratches in a 4"X4" area on the inside of the bathroom door. There were already other scratches elsewhere in the bathroom. We mentioned our dog's scratches at checkout. The maid service had already informed the management who charged us $200 on our bill. This is a 1/2 job; plastic wood and some paint.
Hotels should not punish their guests
NOT dog friendly at all.
