First we must say this is a fabulous site / concept / service for us all and our beloved canines! Our frustration lies with the ever present and continuous discrepancies in pricing between sites for the same property. 9 times out of ten the "average" nightly price can't be found when you connect to the hosted properties site. Statements made by owners also do not match anything posted. While there is allot of information to sell the rental and reviews, there is missing data regarding what constitutes off season and what those dates are. Of course we can write the owners, but past history has proven a property management group is very slow to respond all too often and some owners never reply at all even after numerous emails. That lends to the thought that information is out dated (?). Owners miss out when this happens since we move on to the next possibility...
