This was a great place to stay for a weekend getaway but the room was the only dog friendly part of the resort. Dogs are not allowed at the outside dining porch that looked beautiful or the outdoor pool. We just stayed there and went elsewhere for food and activities. There were waterfalls right down the road we walked to and brought our pup for a swim.

Our room was not at all as pictured for a standard room on the sight. We were on the lowest level and the farthest back in the farthest hall between two utility closets ( that were open and exposed ) and a fire exit. Our room had a wasp in it and our garbage pails had the previous tenants leftover food in them. All the plumbing pipes were open and exposed - even on the ceiling and when ANYONE flushed or used water they clanked and banged and woke us up and frightened our dog Buddy. We had no sleep . The website said dogs were allowed on the porch outside but when I inquired they told me that if another guest doesn’t like it then we could not even sit on the outside porch

So grateful to BringFido for sharing this pet friendly lodging! We stayed last summer with our pup and loved it so much we returned with friends this summer! We had 3 Goldens between us and felt so welcomed by everyone! It’s beautiful and has rocking chairs stretched along the long decks! Great for an after golf drink and apps while our pups enjoyed the scenery!
