If you are a picky pet owner this is your place. I travel with kids and a dog and I could leave and enjoy what Piegon Forge had to offer without worrying if my dog was okay. They even offered to "dog sit" behind the counter for me due to my whining pup. The rooms were clean and the staff made all the difference. I look forward to seeing the same faces when we go back.

As soon as we walked up to the counter to check in, our little terrier in tow, the lady at the registration desk came out to meet our puppy, patted her, wanted to know her name, and asked if she could have a treat. What a great way to start our stay. And, BTW, every time we came downstairs after that, she knew our dog's name.
The room was awesome. Big fluffy bed, fireplace, nicely decorated. Our room was near the stairs, so we had easy access to outdoors. The breakfast was hot and plentiful. We have nothing but great things to say about this very pet-friendly hotel.
One more thing, not mentioned in the other posts: There is a nice quiet residential area adjacent to the hotel on the north side, perfect for morning and evening walks.

I have traveled with our dog many times, but can say for sure this was the best experience! The room was extremely clean, very nicely decorated, no odors. The staff all had that wonderful southern charm warm welcome for us each time we entered the lobby. Breakfast was good. The stay exceeded our expectations. We recommend this Inn to our friends. Will stay here again and again!

My wife, kids, dog, and I met my parents in Pigeon Forge for the weekend. We needed a place that was dog-friendly, clean, and conveniently located. Hampton Inn on the Parkway was that and more. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. Loved the look and feel of the lobby. We will definitely return here in the near future. Five bones!

Staff called room right after we arrived to see if they had fulfilled our our room requests. Location being off the main parkway allows less fear being too near busy traffic w/your pet. The most comfortable bed, and linens I have ever slept on in a hotel. Housekeeping was so nice to us and our pet. Always inquired about any special requests we may have. Very pet friendly in every way. Definitely will return.

We travel all the time with our 60 pound husky and have a hard time finding nice hotels that allow bigger dogs. The rooms were clean, no funny smells, no damage from previous guests and are decorated very nicely. Our room came complete with a fireplace, that was great! We will stay here again, it exceeded our expectations. It's great to see a very nice hotel accept dogs and their responsible owners.

Can't say enough about the staff and the facility! We always travel with our two dogs and it is not always easy to find a place that will allow two 40+ pound dogs. The Hampton Inn Pigeon Forge is smart enough to know that responsible pet owners are excellent clients- we have referred several friends there and will continue to do so. We travel to TN 3-4 times a year and always stay here!

The room was very nice and so clean...no pet odors anywhere in the hotel. Such a treat to be able to leave our little guys in the room and see the sights without them. Staff was friendly, great places to walk the dogs, and breakfast was very good. Even the lobby had a welcoming atmosphere with hot cider, cookies, and the fire going. So nice to just sit and read a book and enjoy watching guests1 Definitely will stay there again.

My husband and I don't go anywhere without our two terriers. We have stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites twice and will be heading there again. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is always friendly to our pets and us. The hotel is off the main parkway, but easy to get to. There are pet stations so you can easily pick up after your pet. Lots of grassy areas for to take you dogs for a walk. I recommend it to anyone who takes their pets on vacation.

The Hampton Inn in Pigeon Forge was perfect. We took my 6 pound Malti-poo and it was a delightful trip. Nice place to walk the dog and for him to play a bit. Will stay there again.
