This photo was taken at Four Seasons Hotel Seoul in Seoul, KR. Dogs on a leash or under voice command are welcome on the beaches of Hilton Head 24 hours a day from after Labor Day to Memorial Day. The town even provides bags for poop patrolling. In the summer months dogs are NOT permitted from 10:00 to 4:00. That still leaves plenty of time for play.
