Nice girl at the front!
Hampton Inn MonroePuppy found a pair of men’s briefs by the side of the bed! Disgusting! No bar soap for guests and for bottled water originally charged $2 a bottle and 10 minutes later it was $3 a bottle!?!?

Awful!
Hampton Inn AthensWhen we got there, we were told they had no pet rooms available!?!? This was at 9:45pm! He put us in a disabled room with no hot water in the bath tub! The refrigerator did not work and I had to throw out our lunches for the next day. When did Hampton Inns get so dumpy!?!?

Big Disappointment!!!
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Chattanooga - Lookout MTNAfter 8 mins at the front desk (and others were waiting too), I went and found the desk clerk in the storage room fixing a lamp. He said he was alone and could we wait a few more minutes!?!? Already a NO! Went to room -- no Kleenex in box holder!?!? And the water in the bathroom room sink took 20 minutes to SLOWLY drain!?!? Bad again! Finally, disgustingly I took a washcloth with pump soap and wiped the toothpaste dried spit off the wall and mirror above the sink, also 2 black maybe mascara stains off countertop!! Yes I have pictures of it all. Never again!
