Very convenient and nice way to get on water
Charleston Water TaxiGreat way to get between Mount Pleasant and downtown Charleston without taking the car and trying to park. Took the puppy with us and she loved the ride. We saw dolphins near the shore line from the boat.

Overrated and Expensive
Boone Hall Plantation & GardensWe went to the plantation with our dog and it was an ok outing but expensive for a few talks and a house tour of 3 rooms on the main floor with a guide that spent most of his time making stupid jokes rather than telling us more about the contents of the home and it’s history. My mother missed out on her tour even though the scheduler knew we were tag teaming due to the dog.

Great food and service
Coleman Public Housewe sat outside for lunch with our puppy. the food was delicious and fresh and we had great service. great place to visit.

Great food and Service with puppy
Poogan's Porchwe went for lunch and sat on the back porch. They had lots of options but not any pulled pork which I was hoping for so I ate the burger and we also had the Mac and cheese. both were delicious and the service was excellent.

Great dog park on the property
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Fredericksburg South (I-95) VAI’m extremely picky about where I stay so I was very worried with all of the bad reviews but we decide to take a chance because it was conveniently located next to i95 and Fredericksburg for an overnight stay on our 12 hour car ride. We were not disappointed. The hotel and rooms very extremely clean, had a refrigerator with ice tray, microwave and comfortable beds. The hotel appears to have been upgraded with new flooring and new paint. We had a dog with us and they have a special area in the hotel for those guests with a fur family member. They also have quite a large and clean dog park to give the pups some much needed exercise during the long car trips. I’d definitely stay here again. The bathrooms were a bit outdated but it was spotless and the water was warm and had great water pressure.

Clean hotel with friendly staff
Candlewood Suites Rocky Mount an IHG Hotelwe stayed here one night on our drive from CT to SC. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. The only negatives were that the hallway and elevator were a big dingy and the hotel is in an area that appears not in the nicest neighborhood but we did not have any problems or feel unsafe. I’d stay here again.
