Never again

The sink had hair from the prior guest covering the drain. The house phone was on the bedside table but was disconnected. They put us on the 4th floor, almost at the end so she had to walk down an extremely long floor plus down 4 floors in the elevator when she needed to pee or poop. We would never stay there again and complained to Wyndham. It was disgusting.
