Very Unprofessional and Ghetto

Aloft Mount Laurel

Despite my being a high ranking member of the Marriott properties, they treatment I received from this hotel, especially the second shift personnel and the Manager is far from what I would expect from a Marriott property. The attitude and rudeness of the second shift was "Ghetto" something you would NOT expect from a higher priced hotel. I was checking in an out of state attorney with a National Law Office who was amazed that I would put him in a hotel that treated its guests, let alone guest that are members of the Marriott organization. I was embarrassed to say the very least. I left at least 5 messages for the General Manager, who has yet to return any of them and its been two weeks. Marriott needs to address the training and hiring practices of this property or take the Marriott brand back! Stay away from this property.
