Spectacular
Best Western Plus Bayshore InnThe room was more than spacious. Diesel was instantly playful and happy. The dog area was clean and nice and offered supplies. I recommend this hotel. Get a room in the Garden Area, it's well worth it.

Tiny rooms!
Hotel Abri Union SquareKing room was so small we could not pass each other around the bed. The bed took up the whole room. The "dresser" was a computer desk. The closet was a joke. You couldn't fit a suitcase or bag in it. The shower was so small you couldn't turn around without hitting the wall. This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. We cut our stay short. They refused to refund. BEWARE!!! DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! Hotel Zeppelin up the road is WAY better.

Disgusting
Brookings Inn ResortThe whole experience here was awful. The staff was extremely rude. The rooms were nasty dirty. The linens, bed a room smelled like cigarettes. There is no doggie area. Just an awful place. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Rustic comfort
Cambria Palms MotelThe room we stayed in was rustic but it was nice. Clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. The pet area is not designated but the sitting/garden area worked.

Kimpton Alma - San Diego an IHG HotelThe staff went above and beyond. There is no potty area for your puppy. Nice room. Little small.
