Nice place
Tequila Sunset Bar & GrillThis place a large comfortable shaded patio. Very pet friendly. Brought Spirit’s water out with ours. We all were hungry so we asked if there was a way the chef could just grill up a chicken finger for her. We would pay. The chef grilled a nice basket of chicken and put a bacon on top! We paid $5,00. Well worth it.
Sunset with Spirit
LongBoard Bar & GrillWe came back twice just to watch the sunset and listen to music. Large patio’s with plenty of shade. Spirit was given ice water to keep cool. Food is good. Great poke bowl served in a pineapple bowl. If you ask they will serve something for your puppy. This ended up as our go to place.
Dog Friendly
Port Aransas BeachAll the beaches on Padre Island are very dog friendly. The problem is how crowded it can be. Which goes with any beach in peak season. Especially Port Aransas. Went to Padre National park which 4 wheel drive vehicles are recommended so it is a lot less crowded. No internet, off the grid and peaceful.
Very nice
Wanna Wanna InnThis is both a truly dog friendly motel and bar. Not to mention it is located right on a dog-friendly beach. We had a nice size room with a kitchenette. It was clean and nicely decorated. It was nothing to pack our beach stuff walk steps to the beach. or sit at the bar watching the waves during the day or night. Never having to worry what to do with our Belgian Malinois who enjoyed the whole weekend
