Don’t waste your money

I stayed here with my 2 dogs because it was the most expensive hotel in Katy, TX for the night (approx $40-$60 more expensive than the other brand name hotels that night) and I hoped that would mean it would be one of the nicer hotels but that was not the case. The hotel room was worn. Specifically, the room sofa had a large stain on it, a 6-8 inch rip on the seam, and the bedding consisted of sheets more appropriate at a motel versus an established hotel brand such as Homewood Suites. Don’t waste your money here, until Homewood Suites in Katy, TX reinvests its revenue back into properly maintaining the hotel. I’ve stayed in Katy before, and I see there are multiple newer hotels within one minute from this Homewood Suites. Stay at the newer (and less expensive) hotels before this one. Positives: front desk was pleasant and hotel had free soup, cheese, beer & wine after work until 7:30pm.
