dogs must be leashed between 10am and 3pm
Hinckley ParkUnfortunately over the last year a bunch of bird watchers complained about dogs being off leash so now all dogs must be leashed between 10am and 3pm. Rangers are there giving people 35$ tickets. RIDICULOUS
