No hot water or heat

I arrived late in the day (staying two days) as the weather was cooling down. In to the late evening, I turned on the wall heater as it was getting cold. It was about 9pm. Rather than contact management then, I let them know about the next day. Late in the afternoon of the following day, a maintenance person came by and advised me there was no heat because the water tank busted and the person responsible for fixing it did not show up for work. I was sick during the trip and did not feel like searching for another hotel. Upon returning home, BringFido called the hotel on my behalf who said they would not compensate me for the inadequate conditions. No ability to take a warm bath or stay warm through the night. That's it.
