A mostly good experience
Comfort Suites Grayslake Near Libertyville NorthThe hotel was very welcoming of our family including the fur baby. The only thing I was not happy about was the pet area outside. It is near a road, there are a few trees in between, but there is also no light. It is pitch black at night in that area. Everything else about the hotel was great but the pet area was a big thing as our pet is fully potty trained.
It was doable for the night
Comfort Inn & Suites Sikeston I-55The lady at the front desk made it doable. She was so helpful and friendly, her customer service was amazing. Housekeeping was not on top of their cleaning as we were initially given a room that looked to be clean but definitely not upon further inspection. The hotel has several vending machines but there is no water in them. We needed bottled water for our fur baby. Again, the lady at the front was awesome because she got us cold bottled water. The bathroom was very uncomfortably small. The side door "sometimes" worked. We also stayed at Comfort Suites in Grayslake IL and had a way better experience so I unfortunately think it's just this specific location that needs more attention. It is very doable for a night and pet friendly so I would recommend but with warning lol.
