Perfect Way To Discover Denver
Downtown Denver's Best Walking TourAustin was a fabulous host and tour guide! he was happy to meet my dog, and was great company! very informative tour and a perfect way to see the city. we found lots of spots that we were able to go back and check out after the tour. I would recommend this to anyone. we ended up covering about 5 miles on the tour, which surprised me, because it didn’t seem like it.
Convenient Location
Quality Inn Holly Springs SouthGood for easy on off access and clean/comfortable. It would have been nice if they had had a pet pickup station near the open field, as it might have encouraged more negligent dog owner 2 pick up their pups poop.
Nice And Shady
Dog Park at Chaplin Community ParkThis is a beautiful, very small, dog park. It was cool and cloudy the day we visited, but I can see how it would be very popular during the warmer months as it is nicely shaded all over. Very well maintained and clean. The directions on BringFido did not bring us to the right spot, so be sure to take the directions from the website instead.
Great Beach
Burkes BeachDjango enjoyed his first ocean encounter. Met some friendly dogs, rolled in some smelly seaweed and sampled the water (yuk!).
Perfect 4 Traveling With Dogs!
Comfort Suites Outlet CenterComfort Suites will b our go-to choice when we are traveling with our dog from here on out.
Too Much Activity
Red Roof Inn ShelbyvilleFor a traveler with a large dog with a deep bark, the CONSTANT activity outside our door all night was not conducive to sleep, for either my dog or I. They forgot to tell the previous occupant that this was a non smoking facility.
Cross Red Roof Inn off of our list of travel options. Yuck!
Everything We Needed!
Comfort Suites Bloomington I-55 and I-74Nice clean, comfortable hotel with all the features we needed for an overnight stop on our journey. We were given a room on the first floor, steps from the back entrance, where there was a large field to exercise. Two queen beds in the room, so Django was very happy to have his own bed for the night. The front desk staff even asked me to bring Django up for a visit after we got settled in. They were “properly admiring” and gave him a nice bit of attention after a long drive.
