Disgusting

I was shocked tbh. The bathtub was rusty and the tile was cracked. The heater made a clattering noise all night - the metal vent along the ceiling had loosened from the grate and was falling off. I had to hit it with the remote to stop the noise. It continued and kept me up all night. They then gave me a much larger room which I appreciated. However, the formerly white sheets were yellowed and there were hairs in them. Clearly they don’t change the bedding between clients there was a homeless dude hanging out in the stairwell smoking a cigarette. I felt unsafe. Please remove this place from your referral list.
