Saved our girl Tilly

We were traveling for work and our 8 yo female hound took ill late in the evening. By early morning it was clear she needed vet intervention. I searched local vets and left a voicemail at several since it was before hours. We got a callback from AMC and we were given top notch care. We faced a scary diagnosis and things were explained clearly and compassionately.
Bottom line it ended well with Tilly’s emergency surgery. The doctor kept us in the loop on labs and pathology and called us the reports herself. The office is modern, clean, and ancillary staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We still get texts asking about her recovery status. The clientele were all treated with dignity as we saw pets old, young, big and small come in the office. I am so thankful for Dr. Rea and her team’s care.

Great location and service

DoubleTree by Hilton Richmond - Midlothian

We travel for work and we get to take our pup Tilly along. The front staff are warm, friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, quiet and moderately priced. Hotel has reception area and open sitting areas to sit chill with a drink or a snack. The Midlothian area of Richmond has many parks and restaurants. We felt safe walking about the grounds at night. We will be back next trip.
