Beyond welcoming!
Motel 6 Santa Maria CA - NorthThis motel was beyond welcoming of our 3 pit mixes. They even gave us a towel wrapped with a doggy bag and 3 bones!! They gave us a room directly across from the pet station area(large grass area with potty bags)We are so grateful to them for the great service. We even decided to stay an extra night! Will definitely come back.

Really Nice Beach!
Emerald Isle BeachIt was a great beach! My fur babies really enjoyed it! I just wished everyone would follow the rules and have their dogs on leashes. Other than that amazing place for the fur babies!

Wow Never Again!
Econo Lodge Cherry PointOk so the place is affordable for a reason! It’s disgusting. The place was being remodeled I guess but the room was nasty. The staff that checked us in were friendly but the second staff that came in had their boyfriends Im assuming hanging out outside and smoking with them. Not a great location but it’s what we had available for the one night we needed. We had a couple knock on our door around 5pm, me thinking they were workers I opened the door and they gave a sketch story about staying in the room right before us and how her father died and she lost his wallet in that room and it was the I Ku item she had left of him..... I allowed them to enter because we had our 3 pig mixes with us so I didn’t feel I was in any danger. They entered I left the door open and she miraculously found the wallet and began to cry saying she was sure they had already called the cops on her. They guy shook my hand and thanked me for allowing them to find the wallet. The 3(humans) of us were so confused as to why the staff allowed them back into the facility. It’s was sketchy never again!

Nice Trail
Tarkiln Bayou Preserve State ParkWe unfortunately came a little later in the day so it was a little warmer. We decided not to push our 3 babies too much and turned back half ways. I waited in the car with the fur babies as my husband and niece finished the walk. They say it was beautiful. Lots of people bring there dogs to this area and today 7/30/19 everyone turned back as they didn’t want the fur babies to overheat. Maybe next time I’m in Florida I will give it a try. They do have waste bags available at the entrance in case you forget yours.
