Uncomfortable Welcome
Moab BreweryFood and server was great; however, the woman that seated us was not. This was our first time visiting. The woman at the hostess stand sort of gave us the third degree for bringing our dog in. Dry and unfriendly personality. She asked if it was our first time there, and then asked us questions about our dog's personality (if he would lunge, snap at, bite, bark, etc at other people or dogs). I understand how important it is to have friendly dogs in places like that. But the way you deliver that message is important, too.
If your dog barks, she said they only give one warning.
Thankfully our dog zeke did GREAT. But i was a nervous wreck inside the whole time that he may bark. 🫣
Decent Visit
Iron Forge Brewing CompanyWe took our 10 month old border collie with us. Atmosphere was cool, very dog friendly. Outdoor patio had a large grassy area for recreational play and dogs to walk. Food and local tap beers were just ok - but there were several dogs around and the environment was laid back.
Great atmosphere!
Iron Hill Brewery and RestaurantWe brought our 5 month old pup. We sat on the covered patio, great weather, great music, and the service and food were awesome, too! A few servers came out specifically to meet and love on our pup. He also got his own water bowl! We're new to this "bring your pup" with you life and are grateful for this app!
Iron Hill Brewery and Restaurant is worth visiting!
