Excellent Care

We had to take our little 14 year old miniature schnauzer, Zoe, here due to problems breathing. The staff was very friendly, professional and thorough from check in to check out. The vet nurse who admitted us listened to the concerns and history, took good notes and explained the initial evaluation process. Dr. Simmons was very professional and attentive when listening to the history that led up to us having to visit. She kept us up to date, by phone, with test results and her recommendations for specific additional testing. The staff provided accurate estimates of cost prior to each step of the entire day-long process. In the end, our little girl was stabilized and able to come home. We have a clear understanding of her current health issues, her new medications, and next steps. Thank you Blue Pearl North Dallas for taking such excellent care of our little Zoe!!! Highly recommend!!
