Great hotel
The VendueWhat a treat! Staff was spectacular. The valet spot at curb front was blocked by a FedEx truck when I arrived so I circled around corner and parked for a moment; the valet and bellman had taken notice and actually followed my car to see if I needed assistance and offered to take my luggage and walk it back to hotel! From check-in, to rooftop cocktails, to room service, to lobby/art tours, to guest service questions/info, this staff bends over backwards to accommodate. In a world where customer service is becoming a lost art form, this team gets it right! Thank you, I took advantage of all hotel services except milk and cookies in the evening… will have to come back… gladly. The location is perfect for morning runs/exercise with your dog and within walking distance to many pet friendly restaurants.

Great hotel
Thompson Savannah Part of HyattVery pet friendly hotel. Large grassy area out the front door. Staff was very professional & accommodating. Check-in was backed up and concierge offered guests in line a beer and dogs a treat. Valet was very helpful holding luggage and keeping dogs distracted during longer check in times than normal. Hotel not within walking distance to restaurants but hotel offers courtesy car.
