Garlands is our goto for a great old fashioned hamburger and shake. Is it shiny and new like a chain place? No, but it’s classic and clean. Remind’s me of great old independent burger joints from back before the world was overtaken by chains. Dog friendly patio has big umbrellas and enough room to give space to shy dogs like mine when it’s not too busy. Highly recommend, we go there all the time. I only wish they had the front order windows open again so I could order without going inside. Since I always have the pup with me, I can only go if I bring someone else along so one can stay outside with the dog and one can go in and order.

Relaxed Patio for our pup

Redwood Cafe

Our 2 year old rescue pup is pretty shy so we try to look for spacious patios that are not too crowded, and have easy escape routes if she gets too nervous. this was perfect. Staff moved some chairs around to create even more room. Food was excellent, staff was attentive and refilled our drinks several times. Highly recommend!
