Great Stay

I searched on BringFido and found this cheap and cute, old-timey hotel. The rate for 3 people and 1 pet was $80. It was just after Christmas so the lobby and fireplace were festively lit. However, upon checking in and getting the receipt of payment (I payed via debit card so they charge the full amount right away), I saw the rate jumped to $90 for the night. The woman who checked us in (very nice and helpful) let me know that by putting in an additional person, it increased by $10. I showed her my emailed confirmation showing 3 adults, one pet for $80 and she only had my reservation showing for 2 people.

She couldn't help me right away without her manager but in the morning, I went to the front desk and she provided the $10 refund plus tax. I'd stay again, hopefully without any hiccups. Be sure your co formation rates match what the hotel charges! I wouldn't have noticed the discrepancy had I not looked and said something right away.
