Dog friendly gem!

We often stay at Motel 6 for quick overnight stays while on road trips because our dog stays free. There have been many times the Motel 6 we booked in was either in a sketchy neighborhood or the facility itself was run down and not clean smelling. We often figure we can put up with it for a few hours of sleep. This Motel 6 on the other hand was in what appeared to be a safe area with a well lit parking lot and straight across the street from the beach. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, and all the lights and appliances worked. The front desk personnel were friendly and accommodating.
