Very Pet Friendly
Sabrina's Café - University CityI called ahead of time to double check that they allowed dogs. The wait was minimal for outdoor seating. Ginger got a bowl of water and scrambled eggs. The down side is there is very limited parking.

Quick Seating And Friendly Staff
El VezThere was pretty much no wait to get an outside table and they brought water for our dog. Tables are on the sidewalk but they do have heat lamps which is nice.

Not Pet Friendly
Rein's New York Style Deli / RestaurantThey have great food, got a delicious BLT with a generous amount of provolone BUT their door has a posted sign that says Service Animals Only.
