Unsatisfactory for humans

The location is great. Dogs are made to feel welcome with not extra charge. However, we have had problems with 4 of the 5 rooms we have had including ants, water on floor from ac/heat, no hot water, dirty tubs and toilet. Most of these things were reported and we got another room. However, the last time we were given 3 rooms. We thought the 3rd would be satisfactory but later discovered no hot water and an unsanitary tub/shower.
