Great Place
The CodyWe loved our stay at The Cody. We were here for two nights with our German shepherd. We always travel with her dog bed, which is GSD size, and the king bed room was large enough that there were options of where we could place it in the room. The room was sparkling clean and the bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of places to plug in electronics. All pet friendly rooms are on the first floor. We had our own door to the outside behind the hotel, where there is room for potty walks, complete with a doggy waste station that supplied bags and a receptacle for used ones. The front desk gave our dog a biscuit each time she went by. There is a nice laundry facility, which we made use of. The lobby is gorgeous and there were freshly baked chocolate chip cookies put out around 5 or so. Breakfast was included and consisted of cereals, yogurt, fresh mixed fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage, a waffle maker, and various breads.

Great room
La Quinta by Wyndham Sioux FallsWe stayed here with our German shepherd on the way to Yellowstone. We always travel with her dog bed, which is large. The room was huge, with many options of where we could place her bed. Very nice after staying in places where we had to squish it in. Our bed was comfortable, the room was sparkling clean, and breakfast was good. There is a Perkins restaurant next door, so we got take-out and ate in our room. It's in a good walking neighborhood with sidewalks and grass. We were very pleased with our stay here.

OK hotel
Callaway Resort & GardensMountain Creek Inn is expensive but doesn't have the amenities to justify it other than its location. There was no fridge or microwave in the room, just a small coffee maker. The beds were OK, but La Quinta's are much more comfortable and it's cheaper. Breakfast is expensive. The food in the onsite restaurants was mediocre at best. The check-in desk was staffed by people who weren't very friendly, although they weren't rude, just perfunctory. At checkout the attendant was much more friendly. The activities were good - we took our son-in-law and 3 grandkids as well as our dog and they had a great time. The dog was allowed all over the gardens. She got to follow along with them while they did the zip line adventures and played on the playground. However, the Inn itself did absolutely nothing for the dogs.

Great stop
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Walker - Denham SpringsWe have stayed here twice in the last week while traveling with our dog, an 80 lb. German shepherd. The hotel was great. The staff was cheerful and friendly, the rooms were sparkling clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good. The floor was tile. There is decent space around the hotel for taking a dog out for a potty break and there is a neighborhood nearby for longer walks. There are a number of restaurants nearby that deliver. The Chinese one was excellent. I'd stay here again if I were making the same trip.
