Not the best

Zero hospitality at check-in. Trash everywhere around the property. Witnessed a guest having to dig into his dog's mouth to retrieve something the dog picked up walking in the parking lot. The room was dirty. Bathroom was dirty as well. The one mattress seemed pretty new and clean. But the sheets left us to believe they were not laundered after they were last used. The checkout crew was friendly and there was hot coffee in the lobby. I travel with my own pillow and comforter in case of issues like this, and thank goodness for the industrial size Lysol can we brought along. Yes this was a budget hotel, but hospitality and cleanliness should be for everyone. The dog area is very nice, but not fenced in. They do have poo bags, so that was nice. We do appreciate all the BringFido staff did for us regarding this booking. That was the best!
