I have two pups that I absolutely adore. They are trained and well behaved so it’s a joy to take them anywhere with me.

Terrible

Arko Dog Park

We live in Ohio and drove down for winter fest. We needed to kill time so came here. You have to have a key card to get in. It was 32 degrees. There were humans inside the park with their dogs and told me I could go inside the shelter to get a key card. I walked up to the closest door and it had an arrow pointing to go to the main entrance. I kept walking. The next door didn’t have a sign so I opened it and it was like a maintenance room so kept walking. I finally got to the last door and it was locked! There was someone in the window that saw me and walked away. I went back a couple doors and opened it. The lady looked at me like I was an idiot. I asked if they knew how I could into the dog park and they said they couldn’t help me until 12:30 which was in two hours because the front desk person was cleaning the cat areas. I went back to the dog park and asked one of the dog parents if there was another park somewhere. She said she pays $300/year for that park and the next one was 40 minutes away and ten degrees colder because it was at a ski resort so needless to say it was a waste of time. I would definitely call ahead if you want to go.

Crowded And Stinks!

Christkindlmarket Chicago

We didn’t even go very far in because it was so crowded I was worried my dog would get stepped on and it smelled terrible. I don’t know if it was because of the cheese or the people, but I almost wanted to vomit.

No Potty Area

Staypineapple, an Iconic Hotel, the Loop

This is a great hotel except there’s no where for pups to potty. We had to walk ten minutes so my pup could relieve himself.
