Stains on every surface from carpets to mattress to towels to the tub, honey or syrup (?) all over the coffee maker, burn marks on the comforter, smoking rooms within the hotel means you can smell the odor as soon as you enter the lobbey, and my dog picked up a couple fleas. :( Positives: no bed bugs, dog friendly, decently-lit parking and grassy areas.
