Large, great for walking
High Sierra Dog ParkWe loved this park, there was some grassed area to sit down and play and some areas to walk and adventure.
Athletic dog is a must
Whiteface Veterans' Memorial HighwayWe have two whippets so they made this hike look easy. The other review is very accurate. It’s a bit challenging of a hike up but it’s worth an adventure!
Very friendly community
Drummondville Dog ParkOnly 10 minutes off the highway, this is a great pit stop for a road trip. There is usually a $20 membership fee but they do allow drop ins if the dog is up to date with vaccinations and not aggressive. There are two separate areas for big and small dogs with free flowing water. This was a little hard to find on the internet if you’re English speaking because the actual name is Parc Canin Drummondville. People are very friendly despite that we couldn’t speak French and the dogs are all very well socialized.
Dogs loved hanging out during breakfast
A New Leaf CoffeehouseWe had a full adventure day planned and didn’t want to waste the hour+ going to a full service restaurant. This was perfect. The dogs came with us and sat inside while we had a coffee and egg croissant. Everyone was really friendly and they were each given a dog biscuit to enjoy. I also loved that they had their BringFido award up on the wall. Thanks for supporting the dog community!
