A good stay
Best Western Jacksonville InnEasy check-in, nice room, clean. Large mowed grass field across parking lot for the dogs. Would stay again if stopping in area.

Room/grounds good but tried to charge more for dogs
Days Inn by Wyndham Las CrucesAt check-in they tried to charge more for my dogs than the amount listed on BringFido. With pushback they accepted the correct amount, but it shouldn't be necessary to go through that. Room and grounds were very nice.

Very pleased, would stay again
Traveler's Budget InnClean older motel with thoughtful touches, like plenty of electric outlets and USB power. Bed a bit soft but slept well. Nice, accommodating owner/desk person. Well-maintained grounds. We were given room right next to grassy area. Would stay here again.

Room ok, no good place for pups to go
Economy Inn AlamogordoOlder place, but pretty well maintained. Clean. Smallish room. Innkeeper initially wanted to charge more than listed on BringFido in pet fees, but accepted the quoted rate. No grass. Only area apparent to take dogs out was gravel. A couple of times my dogs wanted to eat something crunchy from the gravel (possibly discarded bones from a barbecue). In daylight found that best place to take dogs is around back of motel where there is some scrub grass and dirt, along with a little junk, but this area is very dark at night.

They tried hard
Travelodge by Wyndham Great BendCarpeted rooms. First two rooms we were assigned had weird plumbing problems: water ranged from warm to hot no matter what you did. Had requested a ground floor room but wound up upstairs in a room that smelled faintly of smoke, but plumbing ok. Internet was out-- partially completed fix abandoned by communications company over weekend. On plus side staff was pleasant, there was a large grassy area nearby, and good Mexican resto next door.

Good stay for my two dogs
La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Kansas City LenexaEasy, pleasant check-in. Large room with hard floor, appointments a cut above typical Motel 6. Grassy area nearby.
