Great stay!
La Quinta by Wyndham Portland NWBut for the location in an industrial area, it's a great place to stay. My dog was welcomed, and everything was just fine. I even extended my visit.

Grungy. ick.
Extended Stay America Suites Portland TigardI had a reservation for 2 nights, but the place was a 1- or 2-star quality, and my dog, a pit bull, was very anxious there. The pet fee, the abundance of dog poo all over from guests who didn't pick up after their animals, and the yelp reports of bedbugs didn't help me feel any better. I decided to go elsewhere for the remainder of my stay. The desk guy was very nice/helpful about my cancellation, tho. I don't recommend and wouldn't stay again.

Comfortable but...
La Quinta by Wyndham ReddingThere were no spare outlets anywhere near the bed for plugging in my phone. The outlet near the desk was difficult to reach, so that wasn't an option. If you have electronics that need plugging in, bring your own 3-way outlet plug! Other La Qunitas have a clock/plug/USB device to plug into. Not this one.

Great stay
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Santa Clarita - ValenciaEverything about the hotel and my stay was great. No complaints, would stay again and recommend. I appreciated the quick elevator. Haha

Great stay
La Quinta by Wyndham Phoenix Mesa WestElevator was slow, but everything else about the experience was great. Quiet, comfortable, and my dog was welcomed, not just tolerated. Would stay again. And it's super close to my favorite breakfast place: TC Eggington on alma school road.

A little noisy but acceptable
La Quinta by Wyndham El Paso EastApplebees very close was nice. We had a good stay, but not exceptional. Would go back.

Not a pleasant stay
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio N Stone OakI choose this hotel because of its location, but it was a vey disappointing experience. First, it's not pet friendly. It's pet tolerant. Despite what the description says here, my dog was not allowed in the lobby and was required to enter/exit through the side doors as if she were unwelcome. I was also told I could not leave my dog in the room unattended, even if she was in her crate. I did it anyway because she doesn't make noise while I'm gone. The bed was awful! Lumpy and with a noticeable sag. Not a good night's sleep after driving so long to get there. Then I found a dead cockroach in the bathroom. Finally, the tub was so gray and dingy, it looked downright dirty. Would not stay here again and would not recommend, especially since it was more expensive than other places, and with a pet fee.
