Very nice
Residence Inn by Marriott Toledo MaumeeVery nice staff. Very nice room. It appeared that our dog was welcome at this site. Only problem was that I was told that there were no trays for the breakfast. I did not want to leave our dog alone in the room, so I wanted to bring the food back to the room. So, I made two trips. Problem solved.

Nice stay
Comfort Inn MillersburgNice staff and breakfast. Our dog was treated fine. Only reason to not give five bones is in my estimation things were not excellent. They were good, no complaints, but not excellent.

Located on main street
Der Ruhe Blatz MotelWe had problems with the TV. We asked for a different room, which we obtained. Original room had two queen beds, replacement room had one (so two people and a medium size dog slept in one bed). At checkout I asked if there was a discount for the replacement room. The owner/manager, who gave the replacement room, rather rudely said 'no' and said that the TV worked immediately when he tried it. What can I say, but the TV screen had shown that there was a problem communicating with a another piece of equipment (I forget the name of the device), and we tried several times. Anyway, I did not feel welcome, which is too bad. This motel has been here a long time, but its days may be numbered.

Beside a HUGE pet store!
Candlewood Suites - Lancaster West an IHG HotelRoom was okay. We were there for 7 nights, nether linens nor room was changed/cleaned. When we asked for supplies we received them immediately. Staff was nice. Exercise room did not have any towels or wet-wipes (only dry sheets came out), so equipment was probably full of germs. Also, be aware: there is no breakfast (they said since there was a kitchen in each room, there would be no supplied breakfast.) So, we probably saved a lot of calories (and pounds) and had oatmeal every morning which we bought at a Lidl grocery store.

Right on the highway
The Waters of MinocquaRoom was nice, dog walk area was nice, but room was on the 3rd flr and in the middle of the bldg. So taking Fido out was not as easy as it could have been.

Very Nice Place
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Houghton MIHotel is back off the highway a bit, so it is nice and quiet. Large area to walk Fido. Our room was right next to the exit to the walk area and the parking lots. They give a bag w/treats a ball and bags. Very nice. As an added plus, there was always great juice and cookies available in the lobby.

Not very near the highway
Best Western Maritime InnRoom was fine. Our dog was treated well. But our room was not anywhere near the dog walk area.
