Very Clean and Comfortable!
Holiday Inn Express Keene an IHG HotelWe had a great stay. Room was clean and spacious. Our room was right by the exit and there was a large grassy field just across the parking area perfect for dog walks. I highly recommend this property. Staff was friendly and efficient and responsive.

Red Roof Inn PLUS+ West SpringfieldFirstly, the man that checked us in was excellent. He handled a man swearing very loudly into his phone in the Lobby very expertly. I got the impression he had to do that with a lot of the clientele there. The compliments end there. Our first “non-smoking” room we walked to was littered with cigarette butts all along the entire row of rooms with several people actively smoking as we approached. In the room the sheets looked clean but had a cigarette hole in it. We requested a new room. This room was on the back side of the facility and seemed less active and had less cigarette butts around. However, there was a used bandaid right in front of our door (so gross) and when I turned down the sheets - this one had 2 cigarette burn holes in them. The workers look like they do their best, but they seem to have a serious problem managing guests that refuse to follow their non-smoking regulations.

Very Friendly & Tidy Property
Belle Isle MotelYes, our room was very tidy and the people we encountered were friendly and respectful of the property and each other. Our room was tiny, so just be prepared. One small suggestion for the property owners. The box spring of our bed was not covered by anything. A simple fitted sheet over that could give the bed a cleaner look, perhaps? And, the dog walking space was excellent.
