Prefer First floor near exit as I am traveling with an elder blind dog.

Was ok
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Oklahoma City North an IHG HotelThe room opened up onto a gated courtyard which was nice for the dogs except the sliding glass door did not close all the way so you could continually hear air passing through it. Otherwise the hotel was sufficient not the best not the worst.
