Comfort Inn Wytheville - Fort ChiswellThe hotel is undergoing some renovations to update it. It was clean. Not a lot of area to walk your pooch, but ok for a quick overnight.

Easy access to I-77
Best Western Statesville InnWe had a quick overnight on a road trip. The rooms were clean and newly renovated. They even had dog biscuits at check in!

Perfect stop for solo travelers
PetSmart Charlotte - North Lake MallWhen on road trips, I map out the Pet Smart locations on my route. It gives my pup an opportunity for a quick stop, she and I can walk into the human bathroom then I buy her a treat or two til our next stop. I love it!

Nice location and clean!
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Fredericksburg South (I-95) VAEasy to get to off of I-95. The lobby and rooms were very well kept. I love the non-carpet floors in the rooms. I do wish that the little dog park had been open.

Enough Green Space

Ugh
Surry InnThere was unfortunately nothing redeeming about this 'Inn'. Walking in the room smells faintly of smoke. The furniture is falling apart. No towel rack, nor a lid on the toilet seat, so the towel fell into the toilet. Stink bugs in the room and the cracks around the door make it easy to see how they got in. The people up stairs must have been racing because there were loud foot steps a variety of times during the evening. Disgusting is putting it nicely.
