Frustrating

Arrived at the hotel after making a reservation using Fido, they had no pet rooms available. After going back and forth a bit, they decided to let us have a non-pet room. A few days ago, I realized they charged us again for the room on my credit card. Currently I have the charge from Fido and another charge from the hotel. I will call them to try to straighten it out, but am extremely frustrated.
