Great experience!

We booked a room at the Super 8 in Brookings as a last minute stop. We couldn't have been more pleased. The hotel was clean, brand new interior, plenty of grassy areas to walk the dog, staff was very friendly to our big dog (65 lbs). Pet fee was reasonable at $10+tax.

We were accidentally charged for the room twice: once by BringFido.com and once by Super8 the next day. We called BringFido.com and they fixed it immediately. We were very happy with our experience here and would most definitely come back if we're in the area again.

Our dog loved this place

We weren't sure what to expect, since Best Westerns can be hit or miss in quality. This was definitely a hit!

We were able to get a pet-friendly room where we could back the car up right to the door. Our king room deluxe was very large. Our big dog (65 lbs.) had plenty of room to walk around. There was grad right outside the door. We could also walk her along the grass surrounding the parking area. Very easy & convenient.

The restaurant in the hotel had EXCELLENT food. I loved the spicy shrimp pasta. Terrific breakfast buffet in the morning, with custom-made omelets.

Even though this facility has a small indoor waterpark, we didn't hear any noise in the hallway, and our room was steps from the entrance to the pool & waterpark.

We are definitely coming back on our next trip to Rapid City. The hotel is right off I-90, gas stration with convenience store is practically in the parking lot, very easy to gas up & head out to Mt. Rushmore, which is about 30 miles away.
