Terrible pet owners

My dog has been attacked three times at this park. The owners never take responsibility and the last owner told me she was going to "sue me" for "touching" her dog as I was trying to pull it off of mine. I won't be going to this park again. It's unfortunate because there are a lot of other good people but I keep running into the same terrible ones there.
