Low key motel
Red Roof Inn Hilton Head IslandThe price is low for this motel- basic room, no extras but with a door to the outside that is good for dogs especially on the first floor. Some leftover smoke smells and they are not so conscientious about masks.

Great location
Hampton Inn & Suites Jekyll IslandThe hotel is very dog friendly and full of dogs. The park next door is great.
